We are seeking an engineering team with a focus on user experience for a partnership to develop, run, and maintain a new front-end interface specifically designed for new pool launchers and liquidity providers.
This project aims to create a user-friendly interface for Uniswap V4, supporting the establishment of initial pools for new tokens and the implementation of liquidity bootstrapping incentives.
Even 2.5 years after Uniswap V3's introduction, Uniswap V2 remains in use, managing an impressive $1.8 billion in total value locked (TVL). Moreover, according to recent Dune Analytics data, over 90% of new Uniswap pools are still being created on V2. (source) Research undertaken by Uniswap Labs (source) identifies a key reason for Uniswap V2’s sustained usage is the majority of new token launchers are still choosing V2 when creating liquidity for their tokens. This tendency is attributed to several factors:
With the introduction of Uniswap V4, complexities for LPs and new token launchers will increase, requiring liquidity providers to make even more decisions when providing liquidity. In addition to choosing a fee tier, setting a range, and determining a price, teams will also need to navigate through a broad spectrum of available hooks to select the most suitable one for their pool.
This could represent a barrier for V4 capturing the market of long tail assets and small capitalisation tokens currently managed on Uniswap V2.
Our goal is to fund a user-friendly and efficient interface for Uniswap V4, designed to support to the needs of token launchers and liquidity providers.
The solution is designed to support Uniswap V2's current use-cases within V4, while simultaneously lowering the entry barrier for new token launchers and liquidity providers. By doing so, we seek to expand the user base and increase overall participation in the Uniswap ecosystem, contributing to its growth and sustainability.
Project Overview:
